I worry that her ashes didn’t reach heaven
I cry when I realize she is stuck watching over me

I understand that I need to not get my hopes up
I say that when life gives you lemons, you don’t have to make lemonade
I dream to realize why I am still alive
I try to understand why she follows me wherever I go
